Question: Sir I would like to know if a British citizen can own inherited property in Indi
Answer: My brother in law was of Indian origin settled in UK for last 40 yrs. He passed away a year and half ago. Can his inherited property be transferred to his British wife? please let me know. Thank you. Anali A.
