Question: Hello Sir/Madam, Am looking forward to apply for OCI card from Mumbai. Have tried several ways to find the address for FRRO. Answer: The Mumbai FRRO office is located in the Fort area of Mumbai. Their address is: FRRO Mumbai 3rd floor, Special Branch Building, Badruddin Tayabji Marg. (Behind St. Xaviers College. Nearest train station is Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) Which was formerly called VT Station (Victoria Terminus) Their phone number is: 22621169 I believe their working hours start from 10 AM on week days. As for processing time for new OCI applications, you will have to check with them the current situation. Keep in mind that FRRO offices only accept applications for OCI but the processing is done in Delhi. The time taken will depend of volume of applications in the system.
