Question: Hi,i am a Bangladeshi student,i want to Admit in the West Bengal university of health science on Applied Nutrition,that university wants NOC from The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India,how can i get it? please Help me C. Ananya

There is no requirement of NOC for those seeking admission to diploma/degree/post-graduate degree in: • engineering and Technology • Architecture & Town Planning • Applied Arts • MBA • MCA • Hotel Management & Catering Technology However, NOC from M/o Health is required for courses such as: • medical • para-military courses. For courses that do not require NOC, foreign students get a Student Visa directly from Indian Missions abroad if they have confirmed admission to a course in recognized educational institute in India.
