Q745. Repatriate funds from sale of investment property to UK from India
Question: Hello there I am an NRI living in the UK. My wife inherited some money from her dad and we invested in an apartment. Three years, no capital gain. Now planning to sell and repatriate the amount to the UK. Could you please lead me towards the right taxation procedure? Thanks a lot in advance Murali Nair [March 15, 2016]
