Answer: Corrections to OCI record can be done online using OCI Miscellaneous services. To use OCI Miscellaneous services website use the link: https://ociservices.gov.in/onlineOCI/ To get to the actual form to request changes you must first: • Answer the security question on the security window when you log in to the website page. • To access the form the request services you will have to enter the following information: o Passport Number (One that has the OCI U-Visa on it) o U-Visa Number OR OCI Registration OR File Acknowledgement Number o Date of Birth o Mother’s Name (as it appears on the last page of OCI Card) Note: The information entered must match with what is already on the OCI database or applicants will not be allowed access to request any changes. [For example if you want to change date of birth, then you must still enter the date of birth that already exists on the OCI record so that you are able to access the form to change it.] Once you are on the form just follow the prompts to complete your request for the changes you require. As far as Indian embassy in Comoros, I believe there is an Honorary Consul of India in Moroni. The information is provided below: Honorary Consulate of India, Moroni B.P. 504, Coulee de Lave, Moroni, Union of the Comoros. [*Under jurisdiction of Embassy of India, Antananarivo (Madagascar)] Telephone: 00-269-732129, 7731652 (R), 3335152 (Mobile)
