Q896. How can I obtain driving license history from Andhra Pradesh India? I have a valid Indian driver’s license

Question: Hi, I asked the below question via e-mail 7 days ago. I was searching through the FAQs list and could not find it. Could you please provide me a link to it if it was answered? I would like to know the procedure to obtain driving history record from India. I have a valid india driver's license. Additional details: I have drivers license from Andhra Pradesh. I read a Q&A on FAQs page which provided a link to a form for driving record in the state of Chandigarh but said that no other state has such a form. I want to know if anything has changed in the recent times. Thanks, Padmini

Answer: I am not aware of Andhra Pradesh offering anything similar to Chandigarh and the Chandigarh post is a few years old. Andhra Pradesh does offer an online driver license search facility. I don’t have an Andhra license so I cannot check what the link will lead to. There is a possibility that it may provide a history.
