Question: HI Please advise me how to apply aadhar not living india I m in US any facility I can apply from USA soni
Answer: Currently there is no provision to apply for Aadhaar card from abroad. Physical presence in India is required so that the applicant’s biometric information can be recorded. The procedure of taking finger prints, iris scan is done at an authorized Aadhaar enrollment center in India. Those who live abroad may be exempt from quoting Aadhaar, mandatory requirement to quote Aadhaar applies to those who are eligible for Aadhaar.
