Question: I am an OCI holder with Portuguese Nationality/Passport. I am living in London-UK from last 8 years. Obliviously Now I can apply for British Nationality/Passport. Answer: OCI ‘U’ visa is stamped on your foreign passport. I am not aware of any requirement where you would not be allowed to keep both nationalities if you apply for OCI. However OCI is issued on only on one passport, Whether British or Portuguese passport would be your choice.
