Q.921 Get duplicate Pan card if original lost and number details unknown

Hello I need your advice on the following 1. My wife has lost her Pan Card and does not remember it's number even. She requires a replacement card. How can she get it. Can you get it issued? If yes then what would be your charges. 2. I want to apply for my new Pan Card. Can you get it done? If yes then what would be your charges? We are New Zealand citizens and OCI holders. An early response would be appreciated. Regards Parvez Khan Auckland New Zealand Answer: This website is a free informational site! we do not provide such services.
