Q. Dear Sir, I want book a newly launched NANO CAR online through their website, and amount will be paid through online from my NRE Account with State Bank of Travancore will be 100,000 INR. But it is required PAN card to by a car since I have an NRI status and amount will be paid from my NRE account, I do not have such card since I am working in abroad by limited salary, can I buy without PAN card. Kindly advise. Thanks with regards K.M.Haris A. In the absence of a Pan Card you need to submit 'Form 60' which is a declaration to be filed by a person who does not have a permanent account number.
