Q: I have a query regarding the number of entries allowed into India with an OCI. I am a Canadian Citizen and have been holding an OCI for the past four years. It has come to my attention that there may be a stipulation as to how many entries are allowed into India per year and that there must be a break of two months before you are allowed to re-enter India again. If you look at your OCI 'U' visa sticker pasted on your passport you will find that the number of entries specified are 'Multiple' No number is specified. These new regulations were for tourist visa categories. Subsequently some of the earlier announcements were even relaxed to accommodate genuine tourists.
