origin applying for OCI

Q: Good Morning, As I cannot find a contact no. on your website I am having to ask these questions in this way. As this is an urgent matter I would be very grateful if you could please kindly reply as soon as it is possible. 1. How does a British citizen (in our case who was born in India or is of Indian origin) apply for this OCI visa (i.e. where can the form be found) ? 2. How many (British) Pounds Sterling does it cost ? 3. What other documentary evidence is required (e.g. including photographs and of what size) ? and 4. How long does it take normally from applying for it to actually receiving it ? If there is anything that you feel you could please add in order to assist us we would certainly be grateful.
