Q: Dear Sir While browsing for the information about , how NRI can acquire acquire or hold agricultural land in India, I got a lot of information from your site. One question, if you can answer is. Can the agricultural property be transferred from mother to son under inheritance scheme during the life time of mother. Since, inheritance, strictly speaking can not be during the life time, that's why I am in doubt. Thanks and regards RAJ KUMAR GOEL A. During her lifetime your mother can gift you property.
