294. Filling online application from abroad for Pan Card

Q: Hello, I would like to apply for a PAN Card. I looked in the NSDL website, and the application has only Indian address options. I did not find the other country address option. My correspondence address is in the US. I do own a home in India also, but the correspondence should be with my US address. Can you please help? Thank you. Best Regards, Mita Bhaumik A. The reason you don't see the other country option is that initially this option is disabled. Here is how to enable this option: 1. When you are filling the online form, On item #5. Address section where it says State/Union Territory select 'Outside India' 2. Once you select outside India the drop-down menu for 'Country' will be activated automatically allowing you to choose the country. Hope this helps.
