433. Where can I download new Pan Card Application 2012 . . .

Questions: Hello, this is Jag Patel, I read on your other page that Pan Card forms are now changed for Non Resident Indians. Where can I see copy of the new Pan card form. I checked the internet and cannot find the form 49AA application for Pan by non resident. Can you post a link so I can download this form. Thanks J.P. Answer: The forms that you are looking for came into effect I believe from April, 2012. In the past there was only one Pan Card application form that applied to everyone applying for a Pan Card. Now there are separate application forms for Resident Indian and Non-Residents Indians and Persons of Indian Origin. Resident Indians must use Form 49A and Non-Residents and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) must use Form 49AA.
