Q.911 Can I keep inherited agricultural land after acquiring US citizenship

hello sir i born and brought up in india and moved to USA 10 years ago. i am in the process of getting USA citizenship. i have agriculture land that is inherited from parents in India. i am aware that OCI holders cannot buy agriculture land. but my questions is whether i still keep all legal rights on my agriculture land that i own already if i will become USA citizen and OCI holder thank you Answer: Yes! any type of inherited property including agricultural land in India would continue to be yours even if you go ahead and accept US citizenship.
