The news says about MEA liberalizing the DOB change rule and permitting correction of DOB. Do you have a copy of the rule available? John, Ronny Answer: The link that you mention is from an earlier post on NRI Information. Its now a lot easier for those having date of birth issues when trying to get Indian passport. On December 23, 2016 I had posted a link on NRI Information Twitter Account for a page with latest information on this topic. When you are on the page, you will find a link to the Indian Ministry of External Affairs press release on this topic.
