Question: Dear nri information We are working in australia and both my husband and I are Indian citizens. We have baby girl born here and want to apply for OCI citizenship for my baby girl to get her visa before we go to India. On application form of oci there is signature of the person applying required and for baby application what can be done. baby cannot sign what to do? thanks Sujata Answer: In case of minors who cannot sign, the process when applying for OCI is that the left thumb impression needs to be upload.
