Question: I and my husband are in uk, we have Indian nationality,he is in uk since 2004and we got married in India, I came here from 2011, after that we have 2 little daughters under 5 age, now he has a girlfriend and she is from Romania,she is pregnant by my husband my husband sent me divorce notice and in uk adultery is not crime, and if one person wants divorce they will get it I don't want divorce, and in India adultery is crime, I m not able to come India, he left me with 2 kids and I'm only one looking after my kids and he didn't give me permission for that can I file case from here ?because anand police said I have to be there for sign Answer: You’re obviously under a lot of stress and I can understand the sad situation you find yourself in.
