Q.1115 Exit Permit for Child Born in India in 2014
Question: Dear sir,
Need your help here...
My child is born in India in 2014. I am holding Australian passport with OCI, my wife is an Indian national, hence we got
our child's Australian passport in Jan 2016. But due to some family condition we could not go to Australia since then.
We have been living in Indian since 2013 now.
Now we want to go back to Australia, so need to apply for our child's Exit Permit.
Please guide us here.
Kind Regards
