Question: Dear Mam/ Sir, I’m a naturally born Indian with a German passport and I also hold an OCI card. Will I need a Addhar or PAN card. If so, how do I go about getting either of the cards required to open an account. Can it be applied for in Germany? Q. Will I be able to remit the interest on the capital in foreign exchange? Many thanks Answer:   Regarding your questions: To open bank account in New Delhi, India go online and google ‘open nro bank account’ and you will see options from many banks in India that provide such accounts to non-resident Indians.
