Question: Dear Sir/Madam, My wife's OCI card requires change in date of birth. Can you kindly give us information on what is the procedure ? Regards,

Answer: Those who are already registered as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI holders) and require correction/changes to their OCI record can do so by applying online through OCI Miscellaneous Services. OCI Miscellaneous Services can be availed in cases such as: • Change of personal particulars viz. nationality etc. • In case of loss/damage of OCI registration certificate/visa • In case corrections such as name spelling, father’s name, date of birth etc. OCI Miscellaneous Services can be availed by filling the application online and then submitting one copy of the application form to the concerned Indian Mission/Post/Office in whose jurisdiction the applicant currently resides.
