Question: We’re looking for a company that can help us setup a software development office in India. We have an $800,000 annual off-shore Development budget. We’re looking for advisory on legal/governmental considerations, office space, recruiting, etc. Can you recommend a consultant? Thanks.
Answer: Whether you want to set up a new software company in India or open a branch office of your existing foreign company in India, you can get help from either the State Government business development offices or hire a business consultant. I am unable to recommend any particular consultant at this time but you can find many business consultants on the Internet and decide for yourself the business consultant that meets your requirements. Bengaluru and Pune are two main cities in India where a many software related companies are setup.
