Thanks in advance Answer: Government of India has a Visa Status Enquiry webpage where applicants can enter their Visa application ID and passport number to check the status of their visa application. The Visa Status Enquiry webpage address is: https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/StatusEnquiry

How to find application ID

1. If you applied for e-Visa online, then the Application ID will be in the acknowledgement Message when application is submitted. 2. If you applied for regular visa then the Application ID will be shown on your receipt issued by Indian Mission/Agent where you submitted your Application. Kindly note that the Indian government has a sovereign right to grant or refuse a visa to any visa applicant and no one can interfere with the visa issuing process on behalf of an applicant. It may come as a surprise to some, but the government is not obliged to even give a reason for denial of a visa.
