Q. Hi, Background: NRI now out of India for >2 years Have used car > 1 year use. Don't plan to return yet. Question: Can I send car back under 0 duty NRI status? Best regards Advani A. I don't think there is anything such as zero duty for NRIs. Unless NRIs transfer residence to India they can't send back cars to India.
