Q: Dear sir, I was holding Indian passport and I took Canadian citizenship 2005. Now I feel I made a big mistake. I want to take it back my Indian nationality and surrender my Canadian Passport. I am holding OCI card also. Please let me know How can I get back my Indian citizenship and I am still has my old canceled Indian Passports. If you plan on living in India permanently, then you could do so by virtue of your OCI status and keep your Canadian citizenship. Think things over carefully before renouncing Canadian citizenship.
