Questions: Hi I would like to ask:.. If my parents has bought the land 25 years ago and paid for it all.. Than my mother decided to put the land on my brother name after my dad passed away.. Now recently my brother passed away .. Would my mother be able to claim that land back,, or will it goes to his wife. Mrs gill Answer: Your mother should consult a lawyer and provide all the facts.
