Q629. Executing power of attorney in Australia to send to India . . .

Question: Hi, I found your address on the website when searching for executing a power of attorney for my father in India. I have a special POA in favour of my father that I want (1) notarised, (2) apostille and (3) executed at the Indian Consulate, Sydney. Do you provide all the above three (or at least the 1 and 2) services? If yes, how much would it cost? Thanks. Answer: Sorry! but I do not provide such services. You can simply get the power of attorney document prepared by a lawyer, notary or even make it yourself. Once the document is prepared you can take it to the Indian consulate in Sydney, pay the required consular fee for document attestation. The fee currently I believe is Australian $28.
