They do however, allow allows Caucasian [white skinned] and other races to hold permanent residency status. Foreign nationals intending to work in Liberia are required to have valid residence permit. Please be advised that as of February 2015, the Liberian Ministry of Labor has announced that it will not be issuing work permits for non-Liberians seeking employment for positions such as Accountants, Human Resource Managers and Administrative Managers.
