Is there any possibility my child can get the Indian Passport and secondly do I able to obtain my baby passport issued in
Kathmandu.

Answer: Your child born in Nepal first needs to get Indian citizenship before being able to get Indian passport.
When a child is born abroad and the parent is an Indian citizen with the desire that the newborn child acquires Indian
citizenship, then the first important step is to register the birth at an Indian Consulate. Perhaps you should seek guidance
from the Indian Consulate in Nepal.
