Q.1069 Indian passport for baby born in Nepal to Indian Citizen

Question: Dear sir, Namaste! I am an Indian national and presently working with US Based Cruise Lines, live in Miami My wife is a Nepali citizen by Birth and our baby child Born In Kathmandu. Is there any possibility my child can get the Indian Passport and secondly do I able to obtain my baby passport issued in Kathmandu. Please advise.
