Q.1147 Property inheritance questions on Will & Sale of a property

Question: Hi, My mother has two properties in her name. I have inherited a property from my mother. As per the will the property 1. is to be transferred to me and it is said that the purpose is equitable distribution between the 3 children. Property 2. is to be transferred to one of my sibling and the purpose of that is equitable distribution The liquid assets such as Fixed Deposit are bestowed to my father. This is to be equitably distributed after his passing. We want to sell the property that is in my name. The second property will not be sold at this stage and my mother wanted one of three siblings to hold this property and not sell it. 1. What's the best possible way to execute the will 2. what is the most straightforward required to be able to sell the property 1. 3. How do we manage the holding of property 2. knowing that it will not be sold now or at all 4. how to tackle the liquid assets that are bestowed to my father. we do not want him to rush to transfer these to us thank you for the advice Kind Regards Answer: Tried to email you but email sent to your email ID bounced back as an undeliverable email address.
