Question: Hello Sir/Madam: I am an ex Indian Navy and recently due to a Supreme Court ruling, am now eligible for ex- serviceman pension (a class lawsuite that all sailors in my category won). At present I am a Canadian Citizen and want to apply for this pension, but on Indian Navy Pension website, the application form only caters to persons with Adhaar Card.
