Question: Dear Sir I am holding nepali passport and working in UAE. I was born in india and completed my studies from India. What is the procedure to change my passport from nepal to india from UAE. Thanks & Regards Answer: As you hold a Nepali passport then obviously you are currently a citizen of Nepal. Indian passports are issued only to Indian citizens. Foreign passport holders desirous of obtaining an Indian passport must first apply for and get Indian citizenship. Only after getting Indian citizenship, Indian passport can be obtained.
