Question: I am 68 years old. I received my U visa and documents when I was 65 years old. I now received a new passport. Do
I still need to get my OCI registration certificate and visa re-issued ?

Answer: It is not compulsory for you to get OCI registration/visa re-issued as long as you carry both your expired passport
that has the OCI visa and your new valid passport.
