Q. Hi, I am living in Calgary, Canada. We have Indian Consulate General office here for all services including OCI. As a responsible citizen, it is my humble duty to highlights few things to the right department. We are facing hurdles over here. The office is opened recently to help Indian people over here for visa services. The staff and service is very poor and no respect. If you can provide the right direction, where to appeal or highlight such things, I would appreciate that. Thank you, Sincerely, Ketan A. However, to answer your question, The Ministry of External Affairs does invite complaints and suggestions on issuance of passports to help improve service.
