Question: In the site on Afghan people they said fine of overstay is 500 ropes But in FRRO why the take 500$ Please kindly reply me Answer: Fine for Overstay of visa in India would depend on the circumstances and duration of the overstay. Amount of fine levied would depend on how long the person overstayed their visa.
