Q.1284 US born minor deportation - OCI application for US born minor

Question: Hello, What are the options for initiating deportation process if a US born minor (both parents from India) overstays the validity of e-tourist visa (90 days). Also what are the options to apply for OCI without one of the parents authorization? Thank You Answer: Deportation of a US born child is not possible as citizens cannot be deported! OCI for application for a US minor where one parent is not agreeable is also not possible. These days’ authorities are alert to stop instances where one parent takes a minor child out of the country without the consent of the other spouse.
