Question: Dear sir What is the process in case one wants to transfer OCI from original / earlier nationality to a new one and does it entail a new OCI application all over again and in the meantime what are the options to visit India? Sanjeev [February 14, 2016] Answer: Change of Nationality of an OCI holder can be done by using OCI Miscellaneous Services. Procedure to use OCI Miscellaneous Services is provided below. When on-line submission is made via OCI Miscellaneous Services, a hard copy of the application is generated and can be kept by the applicant as proof of submission.
